【重要】5月の診療日、診療時間について
令和6年5月は、月曜・金曜の午後は18時まで、火曜・水曜の午後は19時まで、土曜午後は17時までの診療とさせていただきます。
木曜日は16日と23日は診療いたします。（午前診療）
急な変更は当ホームページに掲載いたします。
